The Spiritual Minute: Your Internal Guidance System

Once you uncover your heart’s highest vision, and you make a choice for what it is that you want to experience in your life, we have our own internal guidance system that lets us know whether or not we are moving closer towards our vision.

Just like a car or a smartphone has a GPS that once you punch in the address, your internal guidance system lets you know if you’re getting closer to your vision.

It lets you know to turn left, to turn right, do this, or do that.

Our own internal guidance system is our intuition and our feelings.

The feelings of joy and aliveness and purpose, are your internal guidance letting you know that you are moving closer to your vision.

It guides you to move this way, or move that way, and your feelings signal to you how close, or how far, you are to your destination.
