The Spiritual Minute: What does the sweet goodness of life look like to you?
You get to define what “good” looks like for you, in a way that makes you feel vitally alive and joyous.
What if you could experience the sweet goodness of life, in all areas of your life?
In the book The Four Spiritual Laws of Prosperity: A Simple Guide to Abundance, the spiritual teacher Edwene Gaines defines this as “true prosperity”:
- A vitally alive physical body to provide a comfortable wordly home for the spiritual beings that we are
- Relationships that are satisfying, nurturing, honest, and work all the time
- Work that we love so much that it’s not work, it’s play
- And all the money we can spend.
And I’d add this to the mix.
What if you lived your life based on who you are and what you want, and not based on anyone else’s ideas for how you’re supposed to live your life?
Would you include everything that Edwene Gaines suggested?
What else would you add to your mix?
You see, you get to decide for yourself what “sweet goodness” looks like to you.
Let go of what anyone else thinks you’re supposed to do.
Let go of what you think you’re supposed to do.
The real joy is in the process of becoming more of who you are, the infinite spiritual being that is ever wanting to express.
This is an ongoing spiritual practice because you never reach the end. You’re always growing and evolving.
The real practice is stepping into the life that’s calling you forward, each and every day.
What does that next step look like for you?
Abundant Blessings and Namaste.
A little about me…
My unique ability is helping people believe they can claim the driver’s seat of their lives. I do that by helping them figure out what’s really holding them back, get clear on their heart’s vision, and then fully supporting them in a safe and sacred space to bring that vision to reality.
I’m a spiritual life coach, and I also provide trainings and support for organizations and corporations on the topic of personal leadership. I’m also a newly published author of my book “The Creative Impulse: Answering the Highest Calling of Your Heart.”
