The Spiritual Minute: Before making a major decision, take a moment to H.A.L.T.

Your state of being affects how you show up in the world.

There’s a special acronym that I use that helps me to know when, and when not, to make a major life decision.

That acronym is H.A.L.T.: Hungry, Angry, Lonely, and Tired.

If you’re ever one of these things, make sure to rectify it.

If you’re Hungry, eat something.

If you’re Angry, bring some calm and peace into your life.

If you’re Lonely, connect with someone.

Or if you’re Tired, get some rest.

Your state of being affects how you show up, and what shows up in your life.

So, make sure to be mindful that, next time, before you make any major decisions, check in with yourself and see what state of being you’re presenting for yourself and in the world.

Abundant Blessings and Namaste.

A little about me…

My unique ability is helping people believe they can claim the driver’s seat of their lives. I do that by helping them figure out what’s really holding them back, get clear on their heart’s vision, and then fully supporting them in a safe and sacred space to bring that vision to reality.

I’m a spiritual life coach, and I also provide trainings and support for organizations and corporations on the topic of personal leadership. I’m also a newly published author of my book “The Creative Impulse: Answering the Highest Calling of Your Heart.”
